Who is the terminal for?

BUS STOP is designed for tour buses and minibuses bringing organised groups of visitors to Český Krumlov. It is used exclusively for short-term drop-off and pick-up of passengers in close proximity to the historic town centre. For coach parking and luggage transfer, designated parking areas P-BUS or BUS PARKING must be used.

The BUS STOP terminal is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic town centre of Český Krumlov – see Google Maps or Mapy.cz.

Walking distances: Svornosti Square 600 m (10-minute walk), State Castle – ticket office at the 2nd castle courtyard 700 m (13 minutes), Monasteries 740 m (12 minutes), Egon Schiele Art Centrum 530 m (8 minutes).

Entry Reservation

Entry for drop-off and pick-up must be reserved via the online reservation system. In one reservation, you always select both the time slot for arrival (drop-off) and departure (pick-up). Within a single order, multiple reservations can be created and paid for.

After completing your order, you will receive QR codes for each reserved entry by email. The QR code is used upon arrival at the terminal (as the original PDF on your mobile device or printed).

Reserved Time Slot

When making a reservation, you select a specific time slot for using the terminal. The maximum permitted stay at the terminal is 20 minutes. If the 20-minute limit is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged on-site in accordance with the current price list.

Entry Time Tolerance

The time tolerance for entering the terminal is 40 minutes before and 40 minutes after the reserved time slot, meaning the total entry window is 100 minutes.

Reservation Changes

If you expect a delay or early arrival outside the time tolerance, you may modify your reservation no later than 30 minutes before the reserved time.

If you are unable to update your booking, contact the dispatch team via the intercom at the entry barrier.

Arrival and Check-in at the Terminal

Upon arrival, scan your QR code at the entry barrier. Once validated, the system issues a ticket and allows the coach to enter. If the licence plate was entered during booking, it will be recognised automatically and the barrier will open without scanning the QR code.

The 20-minute slot starts upon entry.

When leaving, the barrier opens automatically if the licence plate is recognised and the time limit is respected.

Please note: the terminal is strictly for drop-off and pick-up only. Luggage transfer is not permitted.

Coach Parking

Two designated parking areas with a total of 58 spaces are available: P-BUS on Chvalšinská Street (approx. 400 m from BUS STOP) and BUS PARKING on Kaplická Street (approx. 2 km). Both operate year-round and offer facilities for drivers.

We recommend it. A reservation guarantees your spot at the chosen time and also offers a better price of 1,400 CZK for two entries (drop-off and pick-up). Entry without a reservation is possible, but at a higher fee of 1,800 CZK for two entries (drop-off and pick-up). You can make a reservation (and register at the same time – if you are not yet our customer) via the online reservation system.

Entry to the BUS STOP terminal can be reserved up to 12 months in advance through the online reservation system.

No. Reduced tariffs apply, in accordance with the current price list, to minibuses (up to 23 seats including the driver), school groups, and tours with an overnight stay in Český Krumlov. To benefit from a reduced tariff, registration and reservation via the online reservation system are required.

No application is necessary; however, the reduced tariff is only available when booking online. If there is a difference of at least one calendar day between the date of the 1st entry (drop-off) and the 2nd entry (pick-up) as entered in the reservation system, the overnight stay reduced tariff will be applied automatically.

Yes, school groups enter free of charge; however, registration and approval via the online reservation system are required. Only a school can apply for this tariff during registration. Upon selecting it, the applicant will receive an email with the form "Application for School Discount", which must be completed and sent to busstop@ckrumlov.info.

Parking

Tour buses park at the designated parking areas P-BUS (approx. 400 m from the BUS STOP Terminal, 31 coach spaces) or BUS PARKING Kaplická (approx. 2 km, 27 coach spaces). Both parking areas operate year-round with facilities for drivers. The short-term parking fee is 100 CZK per hour (up to five hours of parking); once five hours are exceeded, the 24-hour tariff of 500 CZK applies automatically.

Coach parking cannot be booked online. At the BUS STOP terminal, a navigation board displays the number of available spaces at the nearest parking area P-BUS, which has up to 31 coach spaces. If the board shows zero, please use BUS PARKING, located 2 km away.

At P-BUS, an automated payment machine is available. At BUS PARKING, parking fees are paid to the attendant. In both cases, payment is accepted by card or in cash (CZK or EUR).
