Online Reservation System for Tour Buses from 15th April 2025

Starting April 15, 2025, it will be necessary to book entry to the BUS-STOP in Český Krumlov via the online system at www.busparking.cz/online before the arrival of tour buses. Each bus must reserve a time slot for entry to the BUS-STOP – both for passenger drop-off and later pick-up.

Online Booking Process

Step 1: Registration/Login

Step 2: Select arrival date → Select terminal → Book entry to BUS-STOP for passenger drop-off → Payment → QR code sent by email (QR code contains information about the booked date, time, and terminal)

Step 3: Select departure date → Select terminal → Book entry to BUS-STOP for passenger pick-up → Payment → QR code sent by email (QR code contains information about the booked date, time, and terminal)

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Before placing your first order in the new reservation system, you must register in Step 1. For any subsequent access, you can log in as a registered company using your username and password.
• Time slots must be booked in the system for both arrival (passenger drop-off) and departure (passenger pick-up). There are 3 fixed 20-minute time slots available each hour.
• Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the planned terminal use, provided that there is available capacity.
• It is necessary to book one time slot for drop-off on arrival and another for pick-up on departure.
• Payment is made upon completing the order, which may include multiple reservations across different days (based on the customer’s requirements), and is processed exclusively by credit card.
• Once the reservation and payment are complete, an invoice and QR code with the booked time are sent to your email.
• Providing the vehicle’s license plate number is not mandatory during the booking, but we recommend updating it before using the BUS-STOP. This also applies to the driver’s name, email, phone number, or the guide’s contact details.

Check-in Process at the BUS-STOP Terminals

• Upon arrival at the reserved BUS-STOP terminal, the driver must scan the QR code at the entry barrier.
• Once the QR code is verified, the barrier system will allow the bus to enter.
• The driver can present the QR code from a mobile device or a printed version.
• After scanning the QR code, the driver receives a ticket from the terminal, which must be kept for departure.
• When leaving the terminal, the driver must insert the ticket (received on arrival) into the exit barrier.

Check-in Process at P-BUS Chvalšinská Parking Lot

• Upon arrival at the P-BUS Chvalšinská parking lot, the driver must take a parking ticket from the entry machine.
• Before leaving, the parking fee must be paid at the automatic payment station on-site.
• After inserting the paid ticket into the exit terminal, the barrier will open automatically.
• Payment can be made in cash or by card, in CZK or EUR.

WARNING. A BUS DRIVER IS OBLIGED TO USE THE CORRECT TIME-SLOT RESERVATION (MAX. 20 MIN) FOR EACH SINGLE BUS ARRIVAL AT THE BUS-STOP, BOTH FOR CUSTOMERS´ DISEMBARK UPON THE ARRIVAL AND FOR THE SUBSEQUENT CUSTOMERS´ BOARDING UPON THE DEPARTURE.  THEREFORE, A BUS DRIVER HAS ALWAYS TWO DIFFERENT QR CODES AT HIS DISPOSAL.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! In order to speed up the check-in at the off- and on-boarding BUS-STOP terminal, it is necessary to pass the bus driver the PRINTED confirmation of the reservation with the QR code or the ORIGINAL PDF with the QR code you have received after making the reservation. When entering the BUS STOP, it is not possible for the system to scan a xeroxed or photographed confirmation and therefore it is considered as invalid. Thank you for your understanding.

We have prepared some very important information so you can bring your guests to the intended destination quickly, comfortably and stress-free.

BASIC INFORMATION

Tour buses are prohibited from stopping anywhere within the Český Krumlov town territory except for designated on- and off-boarding areas marked BUS-STOP. Tour buses are also prohibited from parking anywhere except for reserved locations marked P-BUS and BUS PARKING.

Vehicle entry into the pedestrian zone and some roads in Český Krumlov is prohibited. These zones are marked by appropriate traffic signs. The map of the traffic regulations for tour buses you can find here.

Please follow the rules on bus stopping, bus parking and restricted vehicle entry very carefully. Please note that these rules are subject to frequent police checks and non-compliance will be prosecuted.

Please note that tour buses bound for Český Krumlov must make an advance reservation to use the BUS-STOP using an on-line booking system on www.busparking.cz/online. A specific time slot to use the BUS-STOP may be reserved for every tour bus. Every such use of the BUS-STOP is subject to a fee of 625 CZK from 1st April 2023. A round-trip including guest off-boarding followed by guest on-boarding using the BUS-STOP terminal will be subject to a total fee of 1.250 CZK. You can find more information on the BUS-STOP bellow.

Empty buses must be parked on designated parking areas marked P-BUS and BUS PARKING located at the outskirts of the town. Guest luggage may be off- and on-loaded at these parking areas to be taken to hotels by either a shuttle or a taxi.

All routes approaching Český Krumlov are equipped with a guiding system leading the bus drivers to the off- and on-boarding BUS-STOP terminal and later to the designate parking areas P-BUS or BUS PARKING .
