HOW IS ADVANCE RESERVATION POSSIBLE FOR BUS-STOP ENTRY?
BUS-STOP entry reservation is required prior to the tour bus arrival using the on-line system available at www.busparking.cz/online. A time slot will need to be booked for each entry of the tour bus into the BUS-STOP, i.e. one slot for off-boarding upon arrival and another for on-boarding of clients upon departure.
CAN BUS-STOP BE USED WITHOUT A PRIOR ON-LINE RESERVATION?
On-line reservation is possible up to 30 minutes prior to planned terminal usage. When a tour bus arrives without an advance on-line reservation, that may be used BUS-STOP for an extra fee of 750 CZK / 1 entry.
If the tour bus is coming without an advance on-line reservation, will be possible to make than the online reservation for the second entry, e.g. on-boarding of the guests?
Yes, if the tour bus arrives without online booking and unloads guests on BUS-STOP for an extra fee of 750 CZK, it is possible to reserve the time slot for picking up guests than online separately.
IS THE BUS-STOP RESERVATION FEE APPLICABLE FOR ALL BUSES AND IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN FEE DUE TO BUS SIZE?
The BUS-STOP entry fee is the same for all tour buses regardless of their size.
Is guest luggage off- and onloading possible at the BUS-STOP for transportation to hotel?
Guest luggage off- and onloading for shuttle or taxi transportation is not possible on the BUS-STOP due to time constraints and in the interest of ensuring the traffic fluency. Luggage may be offloaded on the P-BUS parking areas.
Are there any additional facilities available for waiting guests at the BUS-STOP?
The following facilities are available directly at the BUS-STOP: free-of-charge toilets, free wi-fi, relaxation area with benches.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE TIME SLOTS RESERVATION IN CASE OF DELAY?
Yes, it will be possible to move the booked time slot free of charge up to 30 minutes before arrival.
HOW LONG CAN THE TOUR BUS STAY ON THE BUS-STOP?
The tour bus can remain on the terminal BUS-STOP for a maximum of 20 minutes from the moment of entry to the BUS-STOP.
ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM
WHAT TIME SLOTS CAN BE BOOKED IN ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM?
Every hour it is possible to choose from 3 fixed 20-minute time slots in the online booking system, eg 9:00 - 9:20, 9:20 - 9:40, 9:40 - 10:00 etc.
WHAT IS THE RESERVATION CAPACITY OF THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM?
The capacity of reservations was increased for the maximum number of 7 places for a trouble-free check-in at peak times. However, this step means that it is not possible to hold free capacity for buses arriving outside the online booking system.
WHO CAN MAKE RESERVATIONS IN ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM?
At the online booking system the reservations can be booked by the travel agencies, the bus carriers and the accommodation facilities.
HOW CAN I MAKE A BUS-STOP RESERVATION FOR A TARIFF FOR OVERNIGTS TOURISTS?
The BUS-STOP entry for overnigtsstay tourists must be made in the online booking system at www.busparking.cz/online. In order to apply the tariff for overnigtsstay tourists, it is necessary to enter a discount code during the booking of the time slot for arrival and then for the departure of guests in the online booking system. Discount codes are available from the accommodation provider where your guests will be staying. The provider may request the discount codes at the latest 7 days in advance prior to arrival of guests at busstop@ckrumlov.info.
IS IT POSIBLE TO BOOK THE TIME SLOTS FOR MORE ENTRIES IN ONE ONLINE RESERVATION?
No. In one online reservation it is possible to book a time slot only for one entry to the terminal, ie for one tour bus it is necessary to make two reservations, one to ensure the off-boarding of guests on arrival and the other to ensure the on-boarding of guests on departure.
HOW CAN THE BOOKED TIME SLOTS ON THE ONLINE SYSTEM BE PAYED?
Payment must be made for each time slot ordered, i.e. one payment for reservation of time slot for off-boarding of guests and a second payment for reservation of tim slot for on-boarding of guests. Payment is possible by payment card only and in CZK or EUR.
DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS REQUIRE ME TO PROVIDE A LICENSE PLATE NUMBER?
No, the number on the vehicle license plate is not required. The QR code is "paired" with the registration number plate of the bus when entering the BUS-STOP.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN BUS ARRIVAL TIMES BE BOOKED?
BUS-STOP off- and on-boarding terminal usage may be booked up to 6 months in advance.
PARKING FOR TOUR BUSES:
WHERE CAN EMPTY BUSES BE PARKED ONCE GUESTS HAVE DISEMBARKED?
Empty buses can park at designated P-BUS parking areas located at the outskirts of the town. Central P-BUS parking area is available at Chvalšinská Street 242 (ca. 300 meters away from the off- and onboarding P-BUS STOP station) or, in case the capacity is reached, a privately-owned bus parking area at Kaplická Street 623.
